Our nervous system plays a central role in how our bodies move, adapt, and heal so creating space through our minds and our bodies supports real shift and transformation. Sessions are focused and collaborative based on how you want to feel and who you want to become. Created to guide you toward a more aligned and embodied version of yourself, ease session is oriented around you and your unique expression. She specializes in postural alignment, functional mobility and movement, energetic and emotional rebalancing, and longevity wellness practices relating to the lymphatic, nervous, and digestive, and reproductive systems. Annie is a space holder and healing channel for your journey returning to wholeness. Her work is guided by her experience and education from influences globe, as well as her own healing journey. She intuitively pulls on a variety of tools from her magic bag to support you in and out of session.
