What a beautiful time to begin AGAIN


Hi everyone! Hope you're having a delightful start to your new year. For me, life has definitely returned to a satisfying pace. I feel grounded and charged for the year to come with an appetite for growth.

Naturally, this time of year invites one to release, recommit, and/or start fresh. I welcome anytime that encourages me to devote myself to my well being, to let go of worn patterns, and to love my life with more enthusiasm and devotion...


Which reminds me: this energy isn't limited to New Year!

You can hit the reset button, restart, hop back on, or completely revamp whenever you want. Personally, I am a fangirl of lunar cycles and the natural rhythms of the Mother Earth to cue a restart. You may be too?!

Saturday, January 21st is the first new moon of the year, so if you're like me, a person who likes to do things on her own time, this may be a sacred time for you to set new intentions for your year. Or not!

No matter how you celebrate, enjoy it, do it your way, and be exactly who you want to be.

As of 2/15/23, new pricing will begin for all current clients. This is in line with the current rise in overhead costs due to inflation. Please note the following changes:

All 60-minute sessions – 115

All 75-minute sessions – 140

All 90-minute sessions – 160

All 120-minute sessions – 210

Breathe better


Breathwork or pranayama is one of my favorite ways to reattach my brain to my body.

Try Box Breath, to restore balance and create calm through your whole system. This can be used as a meditation, before one, sitting in traffic, prior to a big meeting or conversation, or before/during/after anything that makes you feel tense and on edge.


How it works: INhale for 4 counts, HOLD for 4, EXhale for 4, and HOLD for 4.

Think 4-4-4-4.

EXCITING NEWS: I will be offering self-massage and yoga weekly classes over Zoom starting in February.


This is a terrific opportunity to put all those suggested stretches and practices to work and reap the benefits of doing things like stretching in between sessions.

Class topics will include:

  • Dynamic vs Static stretching

  • PNF stretching

  • Yin yoga

  • Trigger point therapy

  • Slow flow vinyasa

  • Self-MLD (manual lymphatic drainage)

  • Various wellness practices and rituals


Look out for a calendar in the next week or so.


As of now there will be no extra charge to join a class if you are an active client.


All classes will be recorded and loaded to a private youtube channel for you to access later.
