Class: Explore your body through movement + stillness | Slow flow vinyasa + meditative yin yoga
I HIGHLY encourage those of you who do not have a slow movement practice to join me. This is a beautiful way to open all of your bodies: physical, emotional, and energetic.
Many of my past students have really benefited for this style of class and have expressed feeling increased mobility, less stress, and more ALIVENESS (my favorite thing ever)!

This class is open to anyone seeking better whole body wellness and health.
I will guide you through practices of how to support your lymphatic system through self-massage, breath, and movement.
A lymphatic practice is a powerful way to boost the health of all of your bodies functions:
boosts immunity
reduces bloat and fluid retention
soothes your stress response
improves skin health
aids in digestion
promotes elimination of toxins
and so much more!
