Updated Pricing
On June 30, my introductory pricing will be coming to a close. Updated pricing will begin July 1 for all NEW clients and August 1 for existing clients.
New pricing for individual sessions and packages will be live on July 1st. You can refer to the menu below to prepare.
In order to maintain your current price per session, please use codes "Client60, Client75, and Client90" for individual sessions.
Packages of 6 will be available at updated pricing starting July 1.
You are able to book at the intro pricing until that date.
Please reach out to me with any questions or if you need to discuss my sliding scale. I do not want price to get in the way of your wellness.
Referral Program
A couple of weeks ago I introduced a referral program that rewards you $10 off a session any new client you send my way.
As I have said before and will likely say over and over, my clients are amazing. And I really feel that amazing clients beget amazing clients. So in an effort to thank you, I'm offering this token of appreciation.
Just some things to note. Your referral must mention your name on their intake form and complete a session for you to receive your discount code. Only one coupon code per booking will be permitted. I will be making special cards to make this easier. Until then, please help yourself to business cards next time you are in.
And again, thank you to all of you who have recommended me to your family and/or friends. It really means so much.

I imagine many of you can relate to this photo. And trust me, I did too. I loved a late-night scroll and shopping spree. But I would wind up feeling moody or with unnecessary mystery boxes on my doorstep.
As you know, sleep hygiene is a true ingredient to feeling well + good. A couple of years ago, I had to get real with myself and revamp my sleep routine because of a health issue.
One way I took control of my sleep was by keeping my phone in my kitchen. I live in a small condo so this was easy and not-anxiety provoking because I could hear the alarm go off. I also set the sleep mode on my phone so all of my notifications go silent after 9 pm.
These small shifts seriously changed my life. My sleep improved incredibly. I wake up feeling rested and energized rather than like I am lacking something vital.
Now I sleep soundly and dream vividly!
