Elementally Embodied

For me, the primary elements (earth, water, fire, and air) and their energies are a template and lens I see the world through. They are tools that helps me hammer out and ground my understanding of my own complexties, as well as the world's.

Each has its own flavor, of course, and influences different aspects of life. I see them play out in my body, my mind, my moods and my spirit. At times, the information revealed is tough to digest, but if I allow my aperture to open, I can look at my life in this way with a bird's eye.

I think of the 4 core elements like so:

Earth | the physical | structure and stability, connection to your Earth home, your body, house, and job, anything manifested in physical form

Water | the emotional | your moods, dreams, nostalgia, pleasure and play, your feeling self, your relationships, love, the sacral chakra

Fire | the spiritual | creative pursuits, inspiration, transformation, rebirth, empowerment and self-agency, phoenix rising, the solar plexuse chakra

Air | the mental | logic and reason, decisions and choice, cognitive skill, meditation, the heart chakra

There is a lot I could add to this if we meet for a chocolate caliente ☺️

The elements are also like code for metaphysical science and art forms like astrology, tarot and oracle, archetypes, and any kind of intuitive or divination tool. They show themselves in our energy as well, which expresses itself in the body and mind.

Like most things in life, the our elemental balance is not fixed. It's ever-changing if we so choose. When you begin to crack the surface of your own inner elemental formula, you begin to discover the possible alchemy within. Therein lies the healing and enhanced relationship to you truest Self.

To learn more about this, schedule some time with we for an Elemental Embodywork session.
