With that, I introduce…elemental embodywork. EE sessions offer an alchemical approach to 𝒽ℯ𝒶𝓁𝒾𝓃ℊ. They are a mix of touch therapy, movement, energetics, and mentorship. The core intention of EE is to harmonize all of the aspects that make you, you: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Sessions are focused and co-creative. Using the elements, we explore how you and your body are presently expressing and discover how you can harmonize them so they work for you.
